Return And Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products.

NO REFUNDS! ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Online orders that have not been fulfilled maybe cancelled and refund applied.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH MYSTERY BOX PURCHASES!

We accept items for exchange within 3 calendar days after delivery of order.

Items exchanged must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clearance, Final sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.

Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items.

The Superior Shop will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for. Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.

SHIPPING POLICY

All billing and shipping addresses should match when placing orders, otherwise orders will be rejected by our secondary insurance company. Shipments are defaulted signature required option to ensure your package. Shipments with no signature option selected upon request by the customer, will be left in mail box or at front door (based on customers instructions.) The Superior Shop is not responsible for packages once they are left by shipping company at location of customers choice.

All orders placed after 5pm CST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

LOST PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE PROOF OF DELIVERY IS ATTACHED TO A TRACKING NUMBER ON AN ORDER, THE SUPERIOR SHOP IS NOT RESPONISBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ITEMS. THE COURIER IS RESPONISBLE FOR DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. The shipping company at its discretion, will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, the shipping company may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at the local office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact the designated shipping company's local office for details.

Note: Once an order is placed, WE CAN NOT CHANGE an address on an order!
